Now is our Chance to Heal the World?

The pandemic has created a major shift in the way we live and take things. For most of the population, it has created difficulties in terms of financial issues. We sometimes don’t even know how America is in so much debt and still running the way it is. Who does it owe that much anyway? And if it can work smoothly, so can all of the other countries. The other issue is the mental health problem that everyone is facing. The  positive  outlook doesn’t last long in such scenarios.    Climate During this pandemic, we saw the better side of climatic changes around the world in this  gift of life . Are you afraid of Changes in your Life?

We like it when there has been no change around for a while in this  gift of life . At some point in time, we get used to how we live, and that's the evident and obvious reason for why we don't like change. But the reasons also run deeper than that. We also fear the new because of the ambiguity it brings. For some, though, change is a  new beginning ,  a fresh start.    Neuroscience research teaches   us that doubt registers in our brain much like mistakes and inaccuracies do. It has to be corrected before we can feel at ease again, so we'd rather not have that hanging in the air if we can avoid it. What are the odds that we were born on this planet? What are the odds that there is life beyond this galaxy? What are the odds of getting the coronavirus again even after the vaccine is made? There are questions that we all crave answers for. While some will answer what you want to hear, the  positive , others will be objectively answering it. Biomedical research habitually focuses on the discovery of relationships (associations) between variables (phenomena or attributes). Seeking Truths of Life

There are something that will always remain a mystery. There is so much that we don’t know about this world. For example, what was it like before the big bang? How big is the universe or is it endless? What happened before there were no living beings? While scientists are still working on the unknown, it will take a lot more time or maybe we will never find the truth. Things   about God ,  the journey after death, and before existence is unknown. Can being “Positive” feel Forced?

We are in a world where there is a lot of negativity. Staying positive is the new trend. As much as it sounds good, sometimes it may feel forced. The very pressure of staying positive becomes a bit much when it isn’t like that in their real world. There is this one  gift of life   where one should feel just as they do, instead of what others want them to.  What is forced or toxic positivity?   Forced positivity is the thought that people dealing with a disease need to continually portray themselves in an optimistic mood or light, and that thinking “on the bright side” will help with the hurt. There is a song called “Where’s the Love” by Black Eyed Peas. It has profound lyrics about the deprived state of the world. The words concentrated on death, children, asking questions about the abysmal world, killings, and terrorism, discrimination, justice, and corruption. At one point, the lyrics even tell you to take control of the mind in the world of change and insanity all around. It talks about the real side of the world- the media, racism, money, etc. Why are we talking about the song? It’s because the lyrics still apply for today. Helen Keller once said, "I am only one, but still I am one; I cannot do everything, but still I can do something; and just because I cannot do everything, I will not refuse to do the something that I can do." Here are some ways to create the necessary  changes .  Identify the humanity of other people and respect their dignity   Knowingly, realize that the destitute man you pass on the street every day is, in fact, a human. Through choices of his own or situations out of his control, he ended up in these circumstances, and that makes him no less human. Warmly greet him and say hello. Your greeting could bring  love   and  happiness  feelings to his heart, and help heal the world one person at a time.
